Mystery Speaker Solved Bauer

Does anyone recognize this speaker? I know the logo on the driver but can't remember the manufacturer. This one is interesting. It is a good size.

    The driver at the multicellar horn is a Bauer field coil driver.

  3. Actually this horn driver was manufactured at Koerting. As they were not allowed to do anything in terms of cinema sonorization at that time, the ´Major´ system was marketed by E. Bauer, Stuttgart.
